In today’s fast-paced world and a demanding online environment, finding the right tools is vital for the ones who work with digital.
Bannersnack is one of these tools — if you have an eye for design but not the skills for it, this online banner maker gives you the opportunity to put your vision to work. Bannersnack is an online tool that is always one step ahead, developing ready-to-use templates for social media platforms or for most major ad networks and making the visuals easy to integrate in any kind of website.
As Neil Patel said about them, “Bannersnack understands what a modern-day marketer needs. They have one of the most powerful editors in the banner space.”
Bannersnack was one of the partners who made Techsylvania 2019 possible, being well-invested in the future of technology and in the education around it. They stirred our curiosity and wanted to find out more about the story behind this product, which went global due to its features. Thus, we asked Gabriel Ciordas, the CEO of Bannersnack, a few questions:

How do you balance your role as a CEO and an entrepreneur?
The key to balancing my role as a CEO and an entrepreneur lies in the fact that I’m always connected to the industry, the product, the clients, and most importantly, the employees. This helps me get a better grip on how the market is evolving and what we can do as a company to move forward.
In my opinion, it’s hard to achieve the perfect balance as an entrepreneur but I’m striving every day to determine where people need me the most so I never stop bringing value and lift others along with me.
How did you lead Bannersnack’s expansion towards the global market?
Two essential aspects led to Bannersnack’s expansion on the global market: the fact that we were able to build a product that solves people’s main problems when it comes to online designing (creating high-quality visuals fast and easy) and also thanks to the team that was behind building the product with all of its incredible features.
I want to stress the fact that Bannersnack would not be where it is today without its team which, in just a few words, I can describe as extremely dedicated, solid, visionary, and hard-working.
What’s the key to a happy team? What’s Bannersnack’s company culture? How did/ do you contribute to it?
I strongly believe that the key to a happy team is making sure the employees are part of an inclusive culture, where everyone has the opportunity to learn, grow, and receive the support they need.
We also take an interest in our employees and make sure that people receive the recognition they deserve and are happy doing their work. Once (or several times) per month, we try and get together and do some sort of fun activity so we strengthen the bond between employees.
